Refund policy

We at FFäusten want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.  One of our products didn't live up to your expectations?  Simply return it for any reason within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Your experience is our #1 priority and we want you to love your FFäusten products.  Contact us at customerservice@ffausten.com to process any returns or exchanges.

For Apparel such as The Cap: To receive a full refund or exchange your returned product must be new, unused, and with tags and packaging included. We do not accept returns that have been worn, washed, or in any way used. Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for a return/exchange.

Shipping Fees are refundable only in the case of delayed shipments and orders that have been cancelled prior to shipping.
